    thats about all there good for is brush.

    They rattle when hitting pot holes so make sure its pulled away from the body about 2-3'' cause it will tap against the area behind the headlights. Other than that Its good for pushing stuff out of the way to avoid it hitting the body. It also Gives your front end a little more of a stout look to the truck.

    A buddy of mine hit a deer, real glancing blow on the very right side. The brush guard got pushed up and broke the grille and both headlights, and crushed the lower bumper. Since then we have called them "damage spreaders"

    interesting. what truck was it on?

    my uncle has a ranch hand on his f350 and we hit a pack of wild pigs. didnt cause any damage at all. then the other day he hit a deer and it did push the brush guard back and all it did was slightly dent his hood. it saved his front end.

    I couldn't do that, I'd rather see it burn than fuck up another Tacoma's appeal..

    Yea If you hit anything they will pretty much fold over your truck.

    I wouldnt recommend one but mine was bought with it. So until I have money to paint my front bumper and do a color matched satoshi Ill just keep it on.

    Same one as mine he just removed the headlight protectors.

    And thats pretty stupid looking bro not gonna lie:rolleyes:
