Aero Turbine AT2525. It seems their website has gone down, but I've seen them all over the web.

It's a straight through design, unlike the flowmasters

flowmaster super 10, best exhaust out there. deep and throaty. and flowmaster is the best hands down. i had a dynomax which wont loud enough for me, but this flowmaster does the trick. and gives me a +1 boost in gas mileage. also is quiet while crusing interstate speeds, while plenty loud when u step on it.

My wife had a 13" wicked flow on her truck and it sounds pretty good. A lot of people on here got them on a group buy that they are still offering.

i still haven't gotten an exhaust, but my biggest concern is the drone and it being too loud. I pretty much love the TRD exhaust sound but no way in hell i'm paying 600 bucks for a muffler and replacement piping. Been thinkin about the magnaflow 18"

Yep! I love it. It's not extremely loud and obnoxious, but deep and loud enough.

I don't know if this is of all mufflers, but when my engine and exhaust pipes are still cold, it's not really loud, in fact you don't hear much (unless you floor it, which you shouldn't be doing anyways when the engine is cold). Once it's warmed up it sounds like a true pickup truck. Deep.

It's no V8 deep rumble, but it's a nice sound. I don't know what to call it, but I've heard some shitty Ford Rangers here and my truck sounds a hell of a lot better.

I'm uploading a video for you now, My engine was still cold so I didn't really rev it above 3K or so. If your computer has a sub it sounds amaazzing. My floor was vibrating :D

Drone is a big concern. That's why I took my $500 Magnaflow exhaust back off, and cried. (Not really). It's for sale now but for some it drones, and for others it doesn't.
It's a crap shoot which sucks.

I have the AeroTurbine 2525 and love it. Its nice and deep at low rpm's and sounds really pissed off at WOT.

    x2. I love this :D.

1,500RPM. PERFECT deep sound, nice for the suburban streets here, but it sounds really mean when you stomp on it.

    Thank you bud!

The only concern I have with welding jobs like that is that they're harder to undo if you don't like the resulting sound.

My full stock exhaust is sitting in my back yard. I will most likely never reinstall it but I kept it just in-case. It will cost a little more for the new pipe, but your concern won't be a problem.

I'll add one more to the Aero Turbine crowd. I'm not gonna spam your thread, but you can find my videos on youtube... Same username. I enjoy the shit out of my exhaust, and would recommend it to pretty much anyone.
