6 SEC teams in the top 25. ACC has 2 teams in the top 25. It shows that the SEC is more dominant. And Clemson dont have no competition besides GT.

 

Im going to say LSU got this one. They looked good last weekend.

That's cute that you'd rather live in the past. If you wanna do that, I'll just remind you that even with your 18/21, we still hold the overall series lead. I'd just be looking toward the future if I were you

If we win Saturday, I hope we get to play the dawgs for the SEC Title.

And Boise can suck it. I'd like to have a rematch. Not sayin we'd win this time...but I'd like to see it again.

 

My stance on Boise at all times is that they can suck it. I hope they wind up 3rd in the BCS... Bridesmaid again.

 

That wish will probably come true after we travel to Arkansas this Sat.

 

I hope so. But, we've still gotta play Auburn. Always a tough game for us...except the Black Out a few years ago.

Matt, I hope we get to play you, too. I don't expect to win. Or even be within 3 scores. I'd just be happy to have made it to the SECCG after our start to the season...

 

Hope we get to play in the game, not sure who I'd rather face but not expecting to win anyway, but want to at least win the east of course but also to get the players the experience and hopefully make them better towards next year.

If it wasn't for Murray's poor passing I'd say we would beat them now, the defense looks so much improved but yet the our passing game just looks so sketchy. A lot of talk about Murray has been going around in my world. I would like to see Mason get some reps in this Saturday. I just don't have any confidence in Murray in pressure situations.

 

The thing about the smurfs is not week to week play, we all know they don't play a strong schedule, but, when Chris Peterson has a month, or longer, to come up with a game plan they can be dangerous. I'm not taking up for them (I hate'em) or trying to make there case, just looking at history.
The GA-AU game should be a classic if both will show.

 

Correct, but with 4 SEC teams in the top 10, I think the message is clear.

 

^^^Four SEC in the top 10, and 6 in the top 25, and by all accounts, the SEC is down this year.

I was wondering if you were gonna show up again... You going to the game? Apparently somebody hung a sign over a bridge as you enter Alabama on I-20... "LSU fans save your gas, cuz Alabama's gonna kick your ass!" Not the classiest thing ever, but it made me laugh.

 

we will have to get much tougher to even keep the game within 21 points. (eventhough michigan has done pretty well against the sec in the past 20-6-1)

Prediction: wont even be close.

 

We're going to replace a lot of our Defense next year, and Trent will be in the NFL for sure. Only major position that we won't have to replace is QB. It'll be a whole new team, and a big test on a major stage to kick off the season. I'll let myself get excited about it once this year is over.

 

Thank god somebody else notices! I get so sick and tired of hearing people talk about Murray. He is awful and chokes in EVERY big game/situation. I think I had more confidence in Joe Cox (and thats really bad). I'm hoping he gets hurt so LeMay and Hudson can get some playing time. Murray looks like his talent peaked in high school.

 

Yeah, it's rare that I'm on my computer instead of my phone with my new work schedule, so I always forget to check in on TW. Saving me $$ on mods though. I wish I was going. No way I could afford the ticket, much less the trip. You going?
