Price Matching

I figured it would be a good idea to ask what are some websites that have cheap tire prices for purposes of getting a lower rate at my local tire shop. Any sites would be appreciated I keep coming across the same few. If there is already a thread like this please direct to it. I did a search but I couldn't find one.

 

tirerack.com has pretty low prices...

 

I usually let my fingers do the walking (whether by phone or Web) at some combination of: TireRack, TreadDepot, TireBuyer, Big O, Discount Tire, Sam's Club, Costco, and (because I have access to it) the Army-Air Force Exchange. Once I have several quotes for the exact tires I want, I play the lowest off each other to get the best possible deal.

You're welcome! BTW, make sure you account for any/all (not so obvious) fees in your cost comparison. Examples include shipping, mounting, balancing, valve stems, disposal of old tires, tax, tire protection plans, etc.

They get you every way they can. You get charged a disposal fee and a environmental fee what gives.
