Idiot drunken driver was pulled off on the shoulder in front of me and another truck, while I was coming home on the interstate in some light snow... Drunk guy started to drive along the shoulder, then pulled in front of the other truck. The guy was swerving all over the place, so me and the other truck slowed down. Then the drunk guy punches his gas, back end breaks loose, he does a 180 and slams into an 8' high ice/snow bank on the side of the interstate, and then bounces back in front of me perpendicular to the road... Thank God for ABS brakes, otherwise I would have t-boned him. Blew all the wheels off his rims, and all the glass out of his windows. Guy was three sheets to the wind... Slurring his speech and stumbling around with his forehead swollen like hell and his ear half ripped off. Fun times!

Oh yeah, the cop that showed up asked me how I liked my Taco... I told him it was awesome! He replied, "Good, I'm picking one up in 2 weeks!" :D

I frack'n hate drunk drivers. Too bad he didn't make the world a safer place for us all by putting himself off the edge of a bridge. Fortunately, Toyota makes the world a safer place for the people who drive their trucks. Glad you're alright.

i'm at work and almost done with my shift on the ambulance. i just ran a F-250 with 4 guys that went in a ditch a high speed, hit a mud culvert, the truck flew at least 60 feet, 3 guys were ejected and the truck landed on top of 1 of em. it was quick for him.
drunken stupidity is my job security

Idiots!! I am glad you are OK dude, i dunno about most people, but i can't get in and drive when i am drinking, I know what is valuable to me, and its not my life, but the lives of my loved ones, i would hate to let them live life never knowing the true amount of love i have for them, so i can't do it. Plus i would hate to be the guy who looks in the eyes of another father and says i killed your family, my bad. Yeah, just glad you were aight dude.

I see alot of drunk drivers also with my job. Unforunately though it seems like it takes forever and a day for the hiway patrol to come get them. I remember one time I was behind one and I went thru 7 districts before I actually got the right department and they nailed him.

Fucking idiots. Buckle up and drive sober. When you choose to drive drunk, its not just you who will pay the consequences.

I hear what you're saying, but I had about 30 seconds to call highway patrol, and if I'd have taken my eye off of him to call, I definitely would have t-boned him. The dumbass just about ran into oncoming traffic after he climbed out of his blazer (through the back window), if my wife hadn't jumped out of the truck and stopped him. Good thing the local police were on the scene within about 2 minutes.

Last time I called HWY patrol when I was following a drunk driver, I got pulled over. The trooper said that I was driving erratically and started giving me a lecture on using a cell phone while driving when he got a call and left. Not 300 meters down the road, the drunk plowed into a concrete barrier on the shoulder. Karma is a real biatch sometimes.;)

Yeah, I tried telling him about the guy, but he wouldn't listen. Texas State Trooper with the cowboy hat and aviator mirrored shades. At least I didn't get a ticket, and the drunk didn't kill anyone.

There was actually a case last year here in Vancouver where there was a "drunk" swerving all over the roads. There were people calling into the radio station to report it, but no one bothered to call the cops. Turned out it was actually a pregnant woman who had had sudden drop in blood-sugar, rendering here unconscious. They came on the radio the next morning advising people to always call the cops when they suspect a drunk driver.
