Has anyone had any experience with this product? I noticed my hood is getting some nasty rock chips and the only way I know how to protect part of it is by using one of these things..

    Thanks

Do you have Pepe Boys in Ontario?

They have the AVS in stock here (Western New York / Buffalo area) which is nice, uses the factory holes under the hood and uses plastic fasteners. About $55 and about 7-8 miutes to install.

PS - I wouldn't wax a bug shield. This i know from my last truck. They get a film on them that took me Blue Magic cleaner / polish and elbow grease to clean from that point on.
