Dave, I've heard good things and bad things about Silverstars. There are two different silverstars, Orsam (sp) and Sylvania. The sylvania are regarded as lesser quality than the orsams, and are the ones you can find in any place that has bulbs.

I think silverstars are the first things i bought for my truck back in 08, and they lasted about 2.5 years until one burnt out, and i replaced both with GE ones from wallyworld.

Next lights I'm going with are Narva Rangepowers. I've only heard great things about them. Only drawback about them are they're hard to find, essentially you have to order them online.

Come into work today, walking into the middle of a conversation:

Boss - I don't understand why this is so difficult, electricity is just basic math, we have measurements of voltage at every station, why is this such a mystery??

Instrumentation Tech - Eh, some engineer probably just forgot to carry the 1.

    no bumpers = no tars.

    its simple math.

    stock bumper, stock style tars

    offroad bumper, offroad style tars.

    no bumper, no tars.

thats cause people who have MTs actually wheel and that takes the life down considerably.

i have ~30k on mine, and, well, you saw what kinda shape they're in.
