i got the green light from my "wife" and with a nice bonus coming this week from work i think i'm gonna go pick myself up a "plinker" i've made up my mind on a ruger MK3 22/45 with a 5.5in bbl and adj sights, found a semi local shop that's got a pretty good price on them, she really likes shooting rimfires and i've got a .22 conversion kit for one of my glocks but a full on .22 pistol that's a tack driver would be nice to add to the collection (not that my AA .22 kit on the glock isn't cause it's stupid accurate)

i'll post a pic when i get it, hopefully i'll be picking it up on saturday

yeah i know, it's not some super cool wilson combat 1911 but i've got enough "real" handguns lol

I've got a slab side 22/45 and its bad ass. If you ever dis to clean don't pull the trigger took me hrs to get it back together because to get the bolt in it has to be cocked. Lol but u can't recock it w the bolt out. If I was gunna buy a new one I'd def buy one on the supressor ready ones. Good luck

But since your AR is most likely a 22 cal bullet the same can could be used on both guns.

yeah but a .22 supressor cant handle the muzzle blast of a .223 and even if it could it wouldn't do much, i could put a can from my AR on the pistol but 223 supressors are pretty big...

here it is in all it's glory, i swapped the grips for a set of black kimber 1911 grips i had layin around, the factory ones were pretty thin, i'll eventually get a nice set for it after i put a fast fire 2 on it

this is probably single handed the most accurate pistol i've ever shot, 100yds on steel is a yawn for it
