    I get Salary PLUS overtime thanks to some goofy VA IT Law!!! If I work less than 40 (rarely happens), I still get paid... but if I go over... and almost always do... I get overtime.

    I also hire folks once a month to do PC grunt work at $15 an hour cash if someone needs beer money!

    Company has to be a certain size... you have to be un-degreed AND SALARY. I can get the info. Big companies can't rape IT people in VA.
