Well I am an idiot and rear ended someone this morning, was in traffic on my way to work, looked down for a second, looked up and hit the Ford in front of me.

Everyone is ok which is the most important part but I feel like a moron. Almost 15 years of driving and I have never even come close to an accident before.

Just remember always keep your eyes on the road, the carnage is below.

By the way truck is at the shop, hopefully I get it back soon.

The other car, not much damage.

Least you're ok! Real shame about the truck though :/ They crumple so easily it seems :(.

Glad everyone is alright. My wife drives almost the same car that you hit. Makes me feel better knowing it survives crashes.

Glad everyone is ok, that's the most important thing. The truck can be fixed. Might be time for a plate bumper...

If the airbags deployed in your truck the insurance company might consider it totaled

Thank god for insurance, thought about upgrading the bumper but I am going to stay stock.

Not sure if insurance would cover it anyway, plus I want to get it back as soon as possible.

Got slammed by the snow storm in the north east last weekend, then this. My boss thought I was interviewing for jobs being I had to take two random days off this week. I've had a rough week.

Steel bumpers are not for hitting other cars! That could have caused personal injury. Accidents happen, thats why we have insurance.
