    I'm glad somebody else said it, so I wouldn't just come off as a delusional bammer... Delusion becomes expectation when you add in a history of success.

    In the SEC, I'd put SC as the most delusional, and UGA is getting close based on their annual "SEC Champs" expectations compared to actual results... at least in the last 30 years or so. I would have put auburn up there, but they did it last year, so they're entitled to high expectations for a while.

    oh...and a NC is upcoming in a non-delusional kind of way....


    -VT has more wins in team history than any other program in the ACC.

    -With a career record of 240–118–4 following the 2010 season, head coach Frank Beamer is ranked behind only Joe Paterno for the winningest active head coach in Division I-FBS.

    -The Hokies currently have the second-longest bowl game streak in the country, having participated in the postseason every year since 1993. Only Florida State has a longer current streak.

    -The Hokies have finished with a Top-10 ranking six times, won eight conference championships.

    -Tech currently holds the nation's longest streak of 10+ win seasons at 7 and have a combined record since the 2004 season of 65-16-0, 3rd best to only Boise State and LSU.
