well said...no need to push your limits and your truck if you don't feel comfortable doing so...some of us are into that, but we build our rigs to push our personal limits, but most of us know what those limits are and know to keep ourselves on a trail that we should be able to handle :p

another good point, and you also have to take that with a grain of salt because there are some drivers without experience thinking their truck is invincible. so look at the trucks and also judge based on the driver's experience too...but if 90% of the trucks are lifted with 33s, armor all over and winches and you're riding 31s, no armor and no winch...chances are that's not the trail for you..

On the first day we should look at a possible meet and greet playday in something like area BFE to help group folks and get trail leaders with some local knowledge for the groups based on driving ability, vehicle capabilities and so on. I believe this would help out in the long run to make managable groups and ensure folks don't get in over their heads and enjoy their time in Moab.

    brilliant!

BFE is a great area to test people's rigs out too...i'm sure many will have new mods in for moab that will want to flex, climb and drop some rocks before hitting the trails for the weekend..
