Do it. KM2s suck in winter.

 

My KM2s do fine in the winter. Plus your running a skinny ass tire which will help too

 

just cuz yours are 12.5 wide

 

my 255 S/T's were awesome in the snow. they have a bit more siping than the KM2s though

Didn't think a little wider would make so much of a difference? Mine have been terrible in snow and ice.

 

2'' wider? Thats quite a bit wider man if ya think about it. its like 8'' more wide of tread touching the ground. That'll just make you float on snow. not sure what it does for you ice wise.

Either way i don't have much problems ever with snow as long as i drive smart.

 

no wider for mud, you want lots of surface area in mud to keep you "afloat" in mud.

 

I dont see them being a problem in deeper snow, but as soon as you get on some slush or ice you'll be screaming for your life.

X2 Yeah i think white on white doesnt look as good. But slightly tinted might look good?
