    Been lurking for quite a while and am really impressed by the helpfulness and sense of community from the forum.

    A little about myself and the truck:

    I'm in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Do a little light wheeling and shooting in the Robledo mountains about a weekend a month.

    The truck is a 2010 dcsb TRD offroad 4x4. Gotta love its capability in stock form. To date, i've put on the OME lift w/ 885 coils, toytec tsb add-a-leafs, 265 75 16 Duratracs, and CBI offroad sliders with kickouts. So far, it's gotten me everywhere I've tried to go. But I'm always looking to do more with it and doing tasteful functional mods.

    Yeah, I was excited to have seen that thread. It may take some time, but I'll try to meet up with some of those guys. I've been meaning to hit a few trails that are between El Paso and Las Cruces and also see what's more on their side.

    Depending on where you're coming from, it's one of those towns you're glad you're leaving. Personally tho, I love this city.

    But truckers do refer to Las Cruces as "Sh*t Town" because of the treatment plant you get to smell on the way in. LOL

    Thanks for the compliments. Unfortunately, I purchased the FJ as someone else's project and they didn't finish anything they started. Everything's had to be gone over. Had it for over a year and it's still not running yet. In due time :cool:
