I have been looking at this box at Lowes for over a month now. Finally decided to buy it today. Also mounted my fire extinguisher in it!

Thank's! The low profile is nice for me because I am almost always pulling a trailer.

I bought the UWS from Amazon this summer - great price & you can't beat the Prime shipping. The bummer was that it arrived all beat to sh*t and falling out the box. I had to return it. :( Sucks because I really wanted the UWS lo-pro.

I picked up the Lowes box yesterday and I think it's going to work out well in terms of size and cost - $148.

    Looks good OP!

Great box...I have the AUTOZONE version; 2+ years old and takes my construction abuse ....LOADED with everything for both the Tacoma and the "Mack Office"...

Plus my grandkids abuse it on the weekends ;)...my Tacoma is a great big "TOY" box.....

I have the same tool box from Lowes. I had mine sprayed with bed liner. Never thought about mounting a fire extinguisher inside. Good idea!
