    Sorry about your dad. Mine's been gone just over 10 years and I still miss him and wish I could tell him I love him one more time. My folks didn't have much, so there wasn't much for us to fight over. :rolleyes: Actually none of us wanted the same thing, so it worked out.

    Hope you get a decent judge and not one that feels sorry for the "picked on" child.

    damn!!! havent really been paying much attention lately.........i have been watching delmarva!!:D

    well, as for my dad....he was a pack rat, and the stuff he has isnt really expensive, as it is just "cool"......lots of different things, tools, antiques. me, my older brother and older sister are fine and get along and havent had any problems with eachother....its my little sister that has to go and mess things up. the day after he died....she was asking about the friggin will.:mad: i told her to get bent then........that pissed me off.

    hopefully, the judge will see right thru her shallowness!

    Gee Will, I'm sorry about that. I didn't have to go through that with immediate family cuz it's just me and my Mom, but with extended family, that's a different story. I could burn your ears with tales. People do get odd when their going after "what they think they deserve." Trouble is, usually they don't think or deserve. After my grandmother died--people who weren't actually even blood relatives ended up arguing over her damn stash of toilet paper (yeah, it was a big stash)......My mom and I just rolled our eyes at each other....LOL!
