i just picked up a set of 18" 4runner limited wheels w/o tpms sensors and went to have tpms sensors switched from my stock rims to these but the guy said they didnt fit. i kno the dealer would have to program the new sensors for the new wheels but i was wondering if i could just get sensors like these? i only ask bc they seem almost too cheap to be true. thanks guys

Typically there are two just TPMS sizes, one for steel wheels and one for aluminum wheels.

The price is about right, $240 for a set of four. The Tire Rack sells them for $308 installed.
