It was alright. I decided to do something different. It now has an AeroTurbine 2525 welded in and pipe is dumped after the axle. It sounds a lot better than the flowmaster kit IMO. I need to update that in the OP.

So my new speakers, sub, and sound deadening are still waiting to go in. I just haven't had time to install them. I have been working out of town during the week for the last month and a 1/2 and I work almost every saturday. I also need to install my projector kit, and then I will be pretty much done with the Taco.

Sadly my grandmother passed away earlier this year. I am fortunate enough to recieve a nice inheritance from her soon.

I have debated getting an FJ case and SASing, but I don't have the space/tools/experience to tackle the project and don't really trust anyone to do it without spending $10k+. So I have decided to start looking for a 79-85 solid axle pickup to turn into a WW and use the Taco as a DD/tow rig if needed. It will be painted silver/black to match the Taco :D

I am happy with the AVS visors. I like the look of these over the weathertechs for some reason. The fitment is good and I have had no problems with them.

Ordered some Focal 6 1/2" components and coaxials from crutchfield today. I already got the tracking number! So I will keep the Alpine Type S speakers for my next vehicle. I am hoping to go check out an 85 4runner in a few weeks if the guy doesn't sell it.

Got some Toyota running boards. Really happy with those. Got my Focal speakers installed and DAMN they sound so good hooked to my Alpine PDX-5, I am extremely happy I got a deal on them. I'm waiting on my sub box from Mr. Marv and will get pics of that when its installed.

^ I got started on them. I work 6 days a week and live by myself so work and house chores don't leave me much free time. I'm going to work on them some today, I hope to have them finished by the end of the year .

Thanks to Jerret I said f*** the leaves in the yard and finished notching the reflector bowls. Got all my hardware, some Krylon Fusion satin black, and some Duplicolor Silver streak 1E7 spray paint, oh and some 3M window seal to seal them back up when I'm done. Going to start mounting the projectors tonight and hopefully test them tomorrow. Going to work on these this week after work in between laundry and cleaning and try to finish them while I wait on my Mr. Marv sub box. Gotta finish the taco before my best friend gets home from England in a couple weeks so he can be :jellydance:

Here is the test fitting after the dremeling. The tension ring is not on the shroud, it is just sitting there that is why it looks off center.
