getting sued....

OK guys and gals i go to court on Feb 20th and i would like you opinion.

here it goes,
OK i had a 92 Chevy pickup with 275000 miles on it that i bought at a local car auction. it has a three inch body with blocks under the axles and the torsion bars crank maxed to fit 35 12.50 bfg at. the front end wouldn't line up perfect but was in tolerance and drove fine with no erratic tire wear at all. i had so much money pumped in the truck as far as mods. headers back full custom exhaust. stainless steel push guard. euro headlights with silverstars in it. chrome everywhere but anyways.
the kid took it out four time driving it and even took it to a garage to get check out which they said it was fine. he drove it to williamsport pa which is 30 miles from were i am and back with no problems so he bought the truck. he has drove it to Ohio two or three time and back and all over everyday and now hes suing me because he said theirs problems with the truck which are:
1.used half a quart of oil in between changes
2. he tore up the ball joints cause he beat the shit out of it over the mountain
3.tranny starting to go but was caught doing burn outs at walmart.
4. it wouldn't align up perfect but all he has to do its put smaller tires on and it will align perfect.


so hes taking me to court due to loose parts because it don't have a 3200 skyjacker lift kit on it or i have to reimburse him the money for the pickup plus the Michigan window sticker in the back window? wtf, i drove the truck for three years in the condition i sold it to him and had no problems what so ever except for the usual things that happen to a truck thats 17 almost 18 years old!

i know its alot to read but im just dumbfounded this would happen. hes running around telling people he has the judge in his pocket and that he will be driving my toy around as soon as he wins this case.
for one i am best friends with the judges sons. his one son rode in my truck multiple times and his other son was trying to buy this truck! number two...this dumb ass thinks five grand means he with get my toy which he must think is only worth five grand so he can just burn in hell.

i forgot to mention it was sold AS IS. he even said it was AS IS.
i don't know guys what do you think?

you are FINE. the judicial system is going to laugh in his face as long as you have proof that he has been offroading and proof that he was doing donuts in the parking lots you could counter sue him for your mental anguish! haha

 

yeah he is we go through him first and hopefully he just owns this kid. and yeah gopher boys are a group of turds.

i have proof it was as is. its on the paper work cause i did it through our auto sales. i have people who witnessed it. he even told me he takes it over the mountain all the time.

if he wins i am appealing it to higher court.

as long as he has told you these things and you have people that will come up and say we saw him in the parking lot pushing the truck farther than it is supposed to go by making it do burnouts, and you sold it AS IS there rly is not anything he can do itll be an extremely quick hearing. If you lose....im gonna make my own country

 

So this guy buys a Chevy truck with over a quarter million miles on it and is taking you to court because it burns oil, among other things.....

Try not to get too worked up over this.

This guy is CLEARLY a dumbass. When this gets dismissed, he'll be lucky if you don't sue him for your cost plus damages!

If only there were a severe injury (didn't someone mention to kick him in the balls?) this cat would be a good candidate for the Darwin Award.
