well you obviously care and appreciate it, which is good. But if my parents bought be a new car, I would feel SO guilty, that's just the way I am. And it's obvious that you care about it, which helps even more. I'm just used to idiots like a kid I knew in Highschool whose dad bought him a brand new Dodge ram 2500 for his Bday. This kid treated that truck like a piece of shit. Ran it into things, never got it serviced, etc. He tried to trade it in last year (the truck was only 3 years old), and it was in such bad shape, the highest trade in value he could get in the area on it was $1,500. I just hate seeing that, and it happens too often.

What, you don't think I haven't had problems in my life??? I think I'm plenty mature and grown up enough to understand problems. I've had shit happen to me that I'm not going to bring up on an online forum that is worse that what most grown adults go through in their life. Problems? I know a thing or two about problems.

I know what you mean. There is a kid I went to high school with that had a FX-4 his dad bough him and he treated it like absolute dog shit. I was not trying to insult you I wasjust saying that there are always going to be circumstances that we don't know about so we can't be too quick to judge

My parents bought me a 1995 Dodge neon when I was 15.. it pretty much ran? Does that make me spoiled?
I got myself a brand new V6 mustang that I put wheels and ground fx on when I was a senior in high school - doesn't that "obviously" look like my parents bought it? Because they didn't! I only had 2 classes my senior year and worked the rest of the time. Junior year I went home early as well.. Always worked.

Don't ASSume anything -you didn't like it when people did it to you why do it to others?

And as far as that goes who cares? I've heard all kinds of things about myself - doesn't make them true - doesn't make me any less of a person.

Good for you! I'm supporting people like you, who worked hard for what they have. And I'm saying the people who seem spoiled are the ones whose parents buy them the BRAND NEW nice car/truck. I support parents buying their kids a car/truck that runs while they're in school, but I think a brand new $35,000 truck is pushing the limit. See what I mean?
