Not to well. Since I was gone all last weekend...apparently I owe her some of my time

We need to get together and discuss what you want/how you want it to look sometime first as well. So we can get an idea of how much tube/pipe you will need. Also bolt on or weld on (i think you want bolt-on) so then we will need some plate foe mounts too. And winch or no winch? Lighting? The list goes on. But thats whats great about custom...you can do anything you want with it.

We can prolly get most of a bumper done in the weekend. But will needd to remove it and finish weld it up. So you may be running on minimal front bumper for a week until its ready to go.

Nick wants a tube bumper too, maybe you could always get his (my old) All-Pro Front Bumper. he wants to go weld on to tuck it up a little closer for better approach agle.

it's cool, i figured you owed her some time. :)

ok, i've already thought about most of that. i'd be ok with getting his All-Pro bumper but i would prefer a custom bumper. might as well get what i want while i have the oppurtunity.

i want no winch (for now) but i do want it available for the future, i want a hoop on the front and maybe some headlight guards (depends on what it will look like), i definitely want bolt on, i want a place for lights but i don't have lights to install at the moment. i only want 2 lights, mounted on top of the bumper like yours. i'd also like a couple of tabs for clevices.

as far as overall looks, i like your's. there's nothing i can think of that i would change, and i'm not just saying that. my thoughts may change once we're in the process of building.

I think you're only looking at maybe 2 ten foot sticks, a winch plate from HF, some trick tabs, and a spot for your license plate. I think thats doable :D

we'll need some steel plate for the front skid, like what you've got.

Haha forgot you were a short-timer in the area! And HF is harbor Freight, theres one by my house.

Bumper first then skids. Plate is costly though. I randomly check the steel supply for remnants to save some $$$.
