    Call me stupid but I dont have a specific diet haha. Healthiest thing I eat is probably sushi and I eat a lot of it. But Ive been needing help with the whole diet part of the workout plan. Ive read up on different sites but could never figure out what would be right for me.

    Yessir, just enough mass to look somewhat thick. I have access to eggs, oatmeal, salads, chicken breasts, veggie soups (if that plays any part in muscle building?), and I also have my protein powder. What would you recommend? It doesnt have to be intense or ridiculous just something simple that would get the job done.

    M1- protein shake (2 servings) with 1 cup oats
    M2- 10oz sweet potato 8oz tuna
    M3- 10oz chicken, 2 rice cakes with 2tbsp all natural pb
    M4- 8oz lean beef, 1cup rice, 1tbsp all natural pb
    M5- protein shake, apple or banana, 2tbsp all natural pb
    M6- 10oz salmon 8oz sweet potato
    M7- casein shake and pb

    Here's something I just came up with. Critique as needed. Just make sure you get adequate protein/carbs/fat in just about every meal

    I appreciate it man, so you recommend protein shakes as the first and final meal everyday? Also, what is Pb?

    Not sure if you are suggesting injectables or asking if prohormones are injectables, but Ill never take anything with a needle. Prohormones are oral supplements.

    No food is a better source for protein but I wasnt sure on your time restraints.
    Instead of the shake try 8egg whites and 2 whole for M1.
    The final meal is a CASEIN shake to help prevent ur body from going into a catabolic state although u could also replace that with cottage cheese. Ur call
    Pb=peanut butter
