Dave, Scott has the bug guard. Sorry my store owner was up my ass for the past couple weeks doing the books so I didn't have a chance to ship it out "under the radar". I also threw in 1/2 dozen cans of soup for the drive.

Well I finally am done with the overtime, and when I tried to start my truck after being away for 12 days, the battery was dead. I was able to jump it, but I want to buy a new battery. Any suggestions? I hear a lot about optimas but am open to suggestions. Also how do I know what size or whatever I need?

    Thanks guys

Better off asking on the other site. Optima Yellow tops have horrible reviews.

First off you need to find out why a new battery is going dead. ..and what is drawing or shorting off of it....

X2. Bat should last 5 years not 1 year. You should look for $$ off the new one since the old one is so new it should have some kind of guarantee.

Just make it an even $20. You can leave it between the glass storm door and main door on front porch, where the bag is. Just leave it in an envelope or whatever. If you can slide it under the door, thats cool too...but if not, between the two is fine.

Sorry Chris, just saw the text and replied. Phone was on vibrate. Let me know if something comes up and he doesn't pick it up. I can always run it up next week. If these rims don't balance out I think I'm going to plasti-dip the stock steelies and put them back on and call it a day (or month lol). If that happens I'll be back up to see Dave the weekend after this one.

Yeah, you got a lot of electronics. Check them for a current draw when the truck is off. Check at the fuse and at the device.
