Thank you. I've been wanting the same setup( 885 w/2" aal and 285/75/16) but was afraid I would need to do major trimming and spacers . Love the way the truck looks.

    Just a few
How much would a 295/70/17 rub with OME 885's and top plate spacers?

Any 1st gen with the Ultimate kit with dakar springs? Also, my 97 has the stock 15 inch wheels, and I'm certainly hoping to go to 16s. I'll watching this thread and searching the forum on this.

    Thanks.

Hi guys, I really do not want to be the one to start another will if fit thread so I thought this would be the best thread to ask my question, before I get chewed up, I did try to search and could not find my answer anywhere. Whats the largest tire you can run on a 2inch lift? I know 265 is stock and 285 is on 3in

Just to be safe I would stick with 265. I don't see very many 275s around and I'm pretty sure 285s on a 3in is a close fit

Get a wheel with either 0 mm Offset or a slightly negative offset and they will sit out a little more and give your truck a wider stance to make up for it
