it upgrades your suspension all the way around and replaces your leaf pack. if you are still under the warranty you qualify

Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
the squeaking is actually the springs themselves...different than the tsb, but i'd get it done if u can...kill 2 birds w/ 1 stone

Yeah I think there's a separate TSB to fix the squeaky problem. I'm wondering if the "weak suspension" TSB would fix both though, since the leaf pack gets replaced.

Mine squeaks too sometimes, and I'm getting the upgrade TSB done as soon as the parts are in.

you can try bringing a copy of the TSB in with you and pointing out to them that it's based on your complaint, not what they can prove. also point out that it's fully covered by the warranty and that you don't need to tow anything to prove that it sags and it has a harsh ride under load. if anything, load the bed up with bricks to about 900 lbs, then bring it in and tell them to kiss your ass and fix your truck

    What TuRDTACO said!
I got mine done at Thanksgiving and it is a very worthy difference to say the least.
You'll see all dealerships are not the same. Mine was great about it and didn't make me jump through hoops at all, very professional. I got the whole TRD suspension installed. They took a few days and gave me a loaner too! Got my first oil change and rotation while I was at it. Don't give it up!
