Ur my boy Aaron but I have to disagree. You cannot eat "w/e u want" if u do ur cardio. If I were to do that I'd be a fully fatty. To prevent this I "time" my refeed/cheat meals. This way, it's planned in the diet (for the most part) and motivates me to work extra hard for it. Eat to workout, not workout to eat :p
As far as the PH yes it'll help with strength and mass (depending on which PH u go with (bulker or a hardener {giggity} however, if ur diet is shit you won't hold onto much of it at the end of the cycle. I recommend you take 1-2 liver support while on a PH, then liver fix and a PCT at the end of the cycle. Be careful how many cycles u run man; I learned the hard way.

1 wk isn't going to work. Most people will see results around the 2wk mark

Hence my frustration... It's incredibly frustrating for me to go into the gym day in and day out and see nothing. Did I get results? Yeah, but not even close to my realistic expectations.

I have been holding off tending to a bum shoulder. One that I blew out a couple months ago. I feel like it's about time to get back to it though.

    Lol I can...:p

Some situations you can't eat every 2-3 hours, boil all your chicken, eat dry oats, and have your food all measured out. I'm not saying I just go and eat McDonald's every meal but for the most part, I just eat whatever is around the house...since I buy it, its usually high in protein and carbs. I don't plan my meals, I don't pre cook my meals....lol I just eat.
