-Bilstein 5100's all around, OME 885's, Toytec 2inch AAL, Toytec 1/2 top spacer -265/75/16 General Grabber AT2 Tires -Gibson Exhaust -K&N Intake -Front lightbar with KC Off-Roaders -Throttle Body Spacer -Wires and plugs -Stereo
I am looking at switching to Bilstein 5100's up front with OME springs and doing an add-a-leaf in the rear. I have the Revtek 3" lift on my truck now (spacers and blocks). Will I get more or less lift with the Bilstein/OME setup?? Also, can i use OME 335's and set the Bilsteins any higher than 0"??? Any answers or pics will help my decision! THanks guys!!

You could keep the top plate from your revtek lift and use it with the 5100s for the same total lift height.

I don't think OME 335 is a spring typically installed on 2nd gen tacomas. Double check your research there.

You could use the 885 springs. Typically, though, folks use the Eibach springs from Toytec if they're running 5100s.

With the 885's or eibachs along with the 5100's can I squeeze out more than 3 inches of lift??

I have 5100's at .85 and 885's for a full 3". I have the old 885's that had sagging issues, though. I also have UCA's which are highly recommended if you want your alignment in check.

I am having my Revtek replaced with 5100's also. Stock coils. The revtek lift, in addition to the hockey puck has another smaller spacer. Do I need to retain this with the 5100's?

Also did 5100's in the rear with the block.

Old topic, but I am looking to do the same thing. I have RevTek and already had an AAL in the back didnt have blocks. How did the new lift work out for you? As far as my understanding goes for the transition I only need to get the new front bilstein 5100s and looking at the 885s for the front and also looking at the Light Racing UCAs. Anything I am missing? How did yours turn out? Thanks!

I used bilstein 5100 set at 0", 1/2 inch toytec top spacer and the ome 885. Overall suspension is stiff but for off road and looks it's amazing!! Depending on how much your aal is depends on if you need 1/2 spacer. My aal is 2inches. Good luck!

Bilsteins on all four corners with an AAL in the rear. MB wheels and 32 in tires.
Definitely go with the 5100's. The ride is so much better and the quality over spacers is hands down. Here's my build with Bilsteins on all four corners and an AAL.

I have 5100's @ .85 with eibachs and 1/2 top plate with plate bumper and ifs skid sit at 3". Before the bumper and skid was @ 3.5"I have Lr uca and removed sway bar. It rides better with the extra weight up front. I wouldn't do the spacer without out weight up front. I only used it because I have all pro expo leafs in back and I didn't want to much rake. I would definitely recommend the 5100 eibach combo.
