    okay another crazy thing that has been going through my giant bulging mind....

    a 350....

    they make a whole conversion kit to drop that bitch in my truck. for like 1600 i can double my horse power with a v-8 or i can wait a little longer and save a bit more and buy a modded one.......

    thoughts? i know i dont even have lt yet, but this is still there in my mind

    Be carfeul cause they will jump out of the tracks if you dont have them rolled up all the way. LT can get brutal. Blackhawk250 shattered his window on his first trip out after doing the rear end cause it was rolled down and jumped out of the track and bam inside the door

    The extra weight wont be worth it. You will spend a lot more than $1600 trying to get suspension to hold that V8. Also with the amount of crawling you do a V8's weight would only hurt you

    do they drop right in to the 2.7l trucks?? see i dont want to fuck with a 6 cylinder if i do decide to drop in something bigger. if im going to go through that im going to drop a v-8.

    i was really considering a 4.6 or 4.7(forgot which one) tundra engine. those fit pretty well i have heard


    that was the plan!! they sell a kit for it.

    and i know the whole thing wouldnt cost 1800, but the engine alone is around 1800, but then i would need to buy the header kit engine mount kit ETC.
