    I was nice.... I'm just pissed because he wouldn't listen to me when I said I wanted him to come out when it was cold....

    When I called him, he said he had "backed the adjustment screw back" I can't get to my ladder at the moment - too mad to move all the stuff in front of it :eek: and it's dark out. He kept asking "what does it do when you hold the button"

    Holding the operating button will force the door to open or close depending on the state of the door before pushing the button. I think you already knew this.

    If the tension setting is too low holding the button will force the door to open or close till you can adjust the tension.
