Okay guys, so I bought some Tri-Flow Lubricant, but it's an aerosol?

The place I got it from said its referred to as a "dry lube" but I want to double check before I use it.

^the dupont stuff I have is an aerosol too. Its comes out liquid but dries after. Spray it on something and see if it dries after a minute or two

Okay, well I used it, and it didn't seem to dampen the squeaking at all, maybe it has to work into the cups?

we sell it at the shop i work at. depends on what the bottle says. there are wet and dry versions in the aerosol can. if it's dry, you're good to go. just be careful because it'll come out realy fast if you press the nozzle all of the way.

You have to cycle the suspension to get it to work into the race. I got the stuff in the drip bottle but haven't used it yet

performance is the same between the two.
race series are just built more heavy duty to deal with the extreme temps and pressures of racing. that and they are about an inch longer overall.

when it come to coilovers and smoothbodys i see no difference. but i like the race series bypasses over the performance series bypasses because they have a few neat features that help with rebuild and valving , mainly the ability to get every last bit of air out of the shock. something that is difficult and time consuming on performance series shocks.

unless you have the extra $$$ to get the race series, i would just stick with the performance series .
