Go dawgs! War Scam Eagle! Haha. Awesome game by the Dawgs. Showed off why they're the #6 rank defense in the nation. Glad to see Boise go down But woulda kinda liked to have seen a rematch with us. Oh well. Now to take Kentucky down, then destroy Tech, then upset LSU!

I thoroughly enjoyed watching Oregon run roughshod on Luck and Stanford

    Roll Tide.

I don't understand what's wrong with our kickers. They've gotta get out of their own heads. We missed another couple of FGs tonight. Glad we were playing Miss State so it didn't matter.

It would have been better for Bama if auburn had won today, but I can't say I didn't enjoy watching the Dawgs run it up. 45-7. Ouch.

Same goes for Penn State. Wish they'd won for my team's strength of schedule, but whatever. It would have been a miracle to win after a week like that. I heard something that both made me chuckle and sad today:

"Moment of silence for the children at Penn State? Why not? Just about everyone who might have saved them was silent for more than a decade."

Thanks to the Ducks! Stanford would have jumped us with a win tonight. Also, Richardson has an outside shot at the Heisman, still, and Luck getting pounded and throwing INTs and a pick six couldn't hurt.

It was an incredible game. There were several good hits. It's the best tackling I've seen from a UGA team in a while. They played a really good all around game, with the exception of Crowell's 2 fumbles. I was screamin the whole time I was there to leave Carlton Thomas in. He seemed like he was on fire. He'd break off a 25 yard run, then they'd hand it off to Crowell for a couple yards, then bring Thomas back in and he'd go another 15-20 yards. Murray still made some questionable decisions, but they didn't hurt him. His receivers bailed him out on a few plays. Michael Bennett made a heckuva catch in the endzone. Malcolm Mitchell is back and might be our new A.J. Green. He's a freshman...so give him this whole year of experience and I think he'll be our big play guy. I was glad to see them put Bogotay in to kick instead of Walsh. Maybe he'll get his head out of his ass and hit a field goal now. He's been kickin really short on the kickoffs...like to the 10, then Bogotay comes in and kicks the PAT, then kicks off for a touchback, then kicks a FG, then Walsh kicked the next kickoff and put it in the endzone for the first time in weeks. It's like he just completely lost his leg. Hate to see that...he was a heckuva kicker the last few years.

Now...we beat Kentucky and we make it back to the Dome. We know LSU's offense isn't exactly stellar. We've seen what a GREAT defense (Bama) can do against em...can a VERY GOOD defense (UGA) hold them down, too? I was thinking for a while that it would be an embarrassment if we made it back to Atlanta, but after seeing this dominating performance tonight, I'm not so sure. Coming into tonight the SEC had 5 of the top 10 defenses in the league: (1) Bama (3) LSU (6) UGA (7) SC (10) Florida. That's impressive

Just saw Lou Holtz say that if Oregon played LSU again right now, Oregon would win, no problem, because of the crazy explosive offense and the incredible speed they have on offense. He must have alzheimer's.

EDIT: Also, congrats to Aaron Murray on the new single season school record for TD passes (27), passing Matt Stafford (25).

This was a different looking Georgia team than we've seen in the past couple years. In the blackout video I posted yesterday, they had a swagger. They knew they were better than you, and they played that way.

Stafford and Knowshon left, we had Joe Cox, and we lost all that. There was no confidence. There wasn't any confidence in the team that I saw when we played BSU at the start of the season. We had a relatively easy schedule this year, compared to other SEC schedules, but those "easy" wins helped them get some confidence. Before today's game, they were bouncin around and having fun...they looked confident. I've missed that the last couple years. We might be bouncing back. (A guy can hope, right?)

A lot of UGA fans are starting to believe we have a chance now. If we can play a complete game and with all the different weapons we have on offense maybe. But Murray will have to play a good game. I guess I'm a homer but I'm starting to believe, starting to believe we could throw a wrench in the BCS this year. Go DAWGS!!!

On a side note, I was going to pull the trigger on some tix for the game Saturday but my step daughter has a Christmas parade (High school band) Saturday morning. :( Family comes first.

GT's Jeremiah Attaochu should have been ejected from the game for his punch he threw at Thomas. After the refs failed to eject him at the very least Johnson should have canned him...nice move, real classy.

Hats off to the GA Bulldogs. They kicked the living shit out of my Tigers, not surprised they won, but in the fashion in which they did it. We had great time the whole weekend, the highlight was the brewery trip, unfortunately. Concrats...
