I like this rifle and had plans for it, but I'm relocating and need some cash.

Off the top of my head-
LRB forged receiver 013** from June(?) '04
AFAIK, all parts are USGI Winchester, barrel is dated May '63
Previous owner told me the flash suppressor was machined to NM specs
    NM .62 front sight
    Sadlak NM spring guide
    Sadlak TiN coated piston
(USGI spring guide and piston are also included)
    Karsten cheek piece
    Cheap sling
Total of nine Checkmate Ind. 20rd mags (One feeds fine but won't hold the bolt open on the last round... was like that from the factory but I never got around to exchanging it. The rest of them work great.)

I've put about 1,500 rounds though it, the previous owner said they had put 300 through it. I've kept it maintained but it's no safe queen. 'Handling marks' here and there on it. It spent a lot of time sitting on the front seat of my truck. Didn't even bother trying to make it look pretty for the pictures.
Lastly, the barrel is NOT mounted. It's been sitting for the last year taken apart. I planned on installing a Krieger heavy barrel but didn't get around to it and couldn't afford to remount the USGI barrel, let alone shoot it. So pick a barrel of your choice or have the current one re-installed by a competent gunsmith. That's pretty much why my asking price is what it is. (Originally spent about $2,200 on this rifle.)
Any other questions just shoot me a message or call/text. More pics available on request.

    Asking $1,700 OBO

BUMP. Great looking rifle man. If I had enough disposable income I'd start collecting Mil-surps again and I'd start with that! I've always wanted an M14/M1A.

    Good luck!

No I just got some interest. I was trying to figure out if it was worth getting the barrel re-installed or not.
