just print that out, throw it in your truck and drive to your dealer. when you get there, talk directly to the service manager, tell him you had your quad and some other gear in the bed and the suspension was sagging and you had a really harsh ride, they might wanna look at it but they should order the parts within a day or 2. it's covered by the warranty and the repairs are made based on YOUR complaint, not what the dealer thinks. if they give u any crap let me know

The TSB originated in Canada. The Canadian trucks were getting it done before the ones in the US

So I finally got around to checking my 08 built in mid August 07.
Shoot! It has the old springs also.

Not sure if everyone has read this article. Probably why a new 08 has old problems! Shame on Toyota.

Any fellow Canadian have this TSB done or can we use the same US TSB?

    Merry Christmas!

For some reason that link sent me to the tacomaworld home page. Anyway, i think there are some Canadians with this TSB but i dont think you can use the American one. not positive but i think you have to use the Canadian specific TSB but i dont know where to find it

Copy the link and a new explorer window paste it, that way it will work, I had the same issue by just doing a direct mouse click in the post link text.

    Hope it works.

By the way the article only mentions quality problems reported since 2005 by a person for whom they (Toyota - GM) did pay too much attention and demoted twice and even recommended to a psyquiatric attention. But I believe these multimillion companies are hidding something. This article does not mention anything about the old springs.
