Have you noticed the buyers are getting worse and worse about paying? In the last month or so I have sold about 15 items and 5 of them I have had to open an unpaid item dispute. A couple respond with lame excuses and others don't bother. Now you can't leave them bad feedback so others sellers know. Several months ago I sold an item and opened an unpaid item dispute and closed it out and got my listing fees from Ebay back and the guy bothered to pay me 8 weeks after the listing ended.

OK, I'm done ranting now. Just wondering if anyone has seen similar stuff lately.:)

Nothing specific as far as selling. Could be Movies, Autographed Memoribilia or whatever.

That is the bad thing about Ebay. I buy a bunch of crap I think I need and six months later I didn't really need it so I sell it and then the cycle starts all over again. :)

You are right, I see a lot of this dispute going on around my friend, some buy the stuff off ebay, and when they recieve the item is as not as show on ebay or missing parts. Some sell stuff on ebay mail the item out with tracking #, buyer report never get the item. there is a lot of scam going on.
In this bad day, I think will be just the begining.................. just be-careful when you buy or sell........ on ebay

I have a store on Ebay. We sell construction equipment parts (excavator parts to be exact). We have been fortuante that everyone has been paying. We have only had one dispute over the past 6 months.

Things have slowed down though. We are probably down 1/4 in sales from 4 months ago.

I think it was f-ed up when they took away the sellers ability to neg. feedback on buyers. My mom closed up her store Dec 31st. Ebay was cool when it first started, but it's an overbearing pig now.
