Half of the top 6 in the same SEC division. Brutal.

We DOMINATE a top 25 team, and move from 15 to 14? Strange. I hope they don't put Oregon back in the title game again. I mean, I'd love to see them lose again, I just don't think they're really all that great. Bama fans should be huge UGA fans right now...if we get by Kentucky (and play like we did yesterday) we could POSSIBLY upset LSU and put you back in the dance...

I think if it came down to UA or Oregon to get a rematch against La State, I think it would be Alabama. We lost in OT by 3. Yes, we lost at home, but Oregon got pretty well destroyed once. (One of their TDs was near the end, and made the score look closer than it really was.)

As for being a UGA fan... If Okie State doesn't lose, we're screwed. If UGA upsets La State in the SECC, I don't know that voters would drop them below Alabama, since they did beat us at home. Really, our only hope at getting in the big game is Okie state losing a close game to Oklahoma. If OU runs them, they could leapfrog over us.

Maybe such a late loss would drop La State below us. Who knows? Every year I think that the BCS is going to give us a bunch of chaos, an every year it seems to work out that a clear #1 meets #2. This year it might actually get crazy... Only if Okie State loses, though.

I'm not so sure the "BCS Gurus" can't manipulate that stuff to how they see fit. Admit it, no one (fan wise) really knows how all that bullshit works. They throw it out in front of us and say, here's the way it is. Not trying to be cynical, but, again think money, who travels well, who don't etc..

After we dominated AU, we jumped to the #4 overall defense in the nation. That means 3 of the top 5, and 5 of the top 15 defenses reside in the SEC.

Let me ask those of you who are not "biased" so to speak

During the Clemson/Wake game, I saw what I believe to be the most lopsided, suspicious officiating I have ever witnessed...and it's really a moot point because...well...we won...

But I cant seem to get it out of my head that we were legitimately playing against 17 players instead of 11

There was a 5 minute stretch in the 3rd quarter where Wake was able to score 3 TDs...we had an INT taken away for a holding call, that was flagged AFTER the play and not a single person i've talked to has been able to locate the hold and you can watch the "offending" player the entire play

With that said, during the ensuing stretch of plays that put WF in the endzone 3 times...

The players circled in black...is this holding?

You'll notice in the 1st picture, the ref isnt even watching the ball or where it goes...

You can bet your sweet ass that one of them don't reside in south-east Alabama.

#78 in the first, and #75 in the second also apper to have there hands/arms outside, but to your question looks like it to me, however it is a little harder to tell from a still pic vs. motion.

Haha. You're correct. Actually only 2 are from the West.

    1. Bama
    2. LSU
    4. UGA
    7. SC
    12. UF

I was actually wrong too. Vandy snuck in there at #22

Thanks guys...I don't want it to seem like sour grapes and I understand that you cant call them all...and theres plenty of bad calls or bad no calls on both sides in almost every game...but this one seemed exceptionally bad

On the backside, they also called a TD for us that possibly shouldnt have been

Allegedly, on one of our TDs (I havent confirmed via TV and my seat didnt afford a view) our receiver stepped out of bounds slightly and came back in before catching a pass

This no call is possibly a "make up" for all the other terrible calls/no calls against Clemson

I just think this is getting ridiculous and there should be some sort of checks/balances or punishments or SOMETHING

We all like to bitch at the refs, mostly when calls are against our teams. At home especially, to some degree at a game, you get replays, slow-mo and multiple camera angles that the refs don't get, there's is a split second, one shot call. And for the most part those guy's do an amazing job. Not taking sides, just saying.

And I swear, it does "seem" they will give you a "make up" call after bad one.

There was another one thats hard to explain in text, but as we were set to kick a FG, the ref came running from the sideline where the WF coach was towards the ball/line

We kicked as he was running towards us and he stopped, watched the missed attempt, looked at the WF coach and then went about his business

Not saying something was up...but it APPEARED that WF had tried to call a timeout but changed its mind when we missed

    Comments on the hit....

Coach Paul Johnson, who after the game said he didn’t see what had happened, said it would be uncharacteristic of Attaochu to hit an opponent.
“There’s no excuse for it, though,” Attaochu said.
Attaochu may face discipline from the ACC or the school. On Friday, ACC spokesman Mike Finn and Tech spokesman Dean Buchan did not have news of any punishment against Attaochu. Finn said any decision likely would be made Monday after league officials review video from the weekend’s games

Hope he gets his scholarship revoked...P.O.S.

    Clemson is so lucky!
They have the most delusional fans in football, when clemson was loosing their own fans were booing them. Also, Clemson was playing a sorry team to let clemson fans know. WF always gives Clemson a fit.
