dang thats going to make your breath stink really bad doing it in liquid form. i used to not be able to take pills. but i literaly sat there and just kept trying.

its a mental thing cause you tense up and your throat closes, try it alot and get comfortable with it you should be able to get it down. chug water when its stuck.... i know you have probaby tried everything and im going against what you said in the OP, but still lol.

there is a couple of methods you can use. Try hiding it in some ice cream or pudding, or you can train yourself using m&ms. I used to have the same problem when i was like 13. Make sure you take a drink of water first. This will keep the pill from getting stuck to the side of your mouth or throat. If the ice cream thing doesnt work try putting the m&ms in the ice cream. Its more of a swallowing things whole rather than a pill thing. Please dont use peanut m&ms.

First, get off your ass and start working out. More cardio. Eat better - put away all the fried foods, fatty foods, BBQ sauce, dressings, mayo, etc. Lifestyle changes are the first suggestion anyway, and the one with most proven benefit. Do you want to fix a problem, or treat a problem?

Once your weight and BMI are in zone, re-check things.

Now, if you're already there ... there are supposedly some smaller pills. Man up and learn to take them- it IS a mental block. Throw it in with your cereal or something. You best learn, cuz chances are high you'll be taking a few pills if you have some bad genes.

As for getting the omega 3's, you'd have to eat a lot of fish. Ie, salmon daily and a few tuna sandwiches. Don't think it's a cure all though.
