I flew over for the Saturday event. It started pouring that evening. Probably flooded most of the area.

Completed the Tri State Tough Mudder on Saturday. I've never been that cold before in my entire life. Had a blast on all of the obstacles and the finish seemed to come much sooner that I expected. 12 miles went quick!

A goofy something I threw together in honor of Wear Your Headband to Work day:

Makes the desk job a lot more palatable.

Can't wait to do it again!

As for the electroshock, I started off being a badass and ended up like this:

That's a special kind of pain right there. :p

On the younger end I think maybe 18 or something but on the upper end...nope not at all. You have to sign a waiver regardless.

From the end of that video: "I can't believe I didn't quit. ... It was probably the hardest decision of my life not to quit."

just watched the video, OMG it looks soooooo cold. i want to ask her how the cold compared to the one we did here in CA back in May, because after our event they said it was the coldest to date... i gotta know how they compared temp wise.

good for those people, so cool they attempted that. i wish i had the time to train and money to get myself out there, that would have been something i'd like to give a go at
