theres a ton of generation specific taco parts just cluster fucking the general auto f/s thread. just wondering if a mod can go thru it and move shit to where it needs to go. thanks guys. and also can revise the rules where you can bump your own thread only 1x a day unless responding to another post, not of your own. just an idea:eek:

good idea about the bump rule. I have a whole todo list for the b/s/t section including...

-let the seller specify if pickup only or shipping
-show the location of the seller in the title if it's pickup only (city, state)
-have threads automatically delete after a set time
-let the seller click a button to indicate it's been sold or not for sale anymore so the thread can close on its own
    -other stuff

i'll see about moving stuff to the right subforum once I get a chance

i saw 5 threads of auto parts and even a truck for sale on the 1st page in the OTHER section. and countless vehicle specific threads in the b/s/t section 1st page. mjp needs to step it up.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
This is how I generally classify things:

B/S/T = non generation specific items such as wheels, tires, certain audio (stock 2nd gen radios go in 2nd gen section), etc. I leave vehicles alone in this section.

B/S/T 2nd gen = Anything specific to or designed for a second gen such as shocks, sliders, bumpers, grills, interior pieces etc.

B/S/T 1st gen = Anything specific to or designed for a first gen such as shocks, sliders, bumpers, grills, interior pieces etc.

    Other: Non automotive items.

I generally check and adjust the B/S/T sections 3-4 times a day. I will add SOLD to the title when I find threads where the items where sold. I will threaten the lives of those who don't post pics or generally have pissy e-tudes or just close the thread. That all depends on if I'm ragging it or not. I don't monitor the section hourly, but I do make adjustments throughout the day.
