    So here was the menu: appetizers- antipasto platter, french bread with an eggplant spread. Entree- Osso buco ( not photographed.... :-( ), Braciole, Fettucine. Salad Mixed greens with walnuts, goat cheese dried cranberries dressed with balsamic and oil ( not photographed ). Dessert- Homemade Chocolate cake and homemade Triple chocolate brownies. We fed about 30 total, it was the kickoff of Sunday Family dinners..... Overall result----- SUCCESS!!!!

    i hear that wild boar bacon is absolutely out of this world. A big time chef stated that it is nothing like it and it is 100 times better then regular bacon. I have to try this wild boar bacon.

    I believe that it was ToughTaco that I extended the cheesecake challenge to? Here is one of my favorites Pumpkin and pecan with caramel frosting graham crust and some pecan halves lining the edges for looks mainly.

    Yup it was me and right now you would win by default. I have at least 11 months before I ever think about making another cheese cake if ever..... That looks good though. I guess a competition would take me out of retirement. We'll see!!!!
