"I think we should legalize marijuana in this country, so potheads have nothing to talk about ever again. You are so annoying...grow up and do coke like an adult!" - Daniel Tosh.

I am really tired of hearing the pro-marijuana crowd.

    Just my two cents.

If I was following the herd, I wouldn't smoke, cuss, speed, look at porn, fart in public, scratch my balls, mod my vehicle, eat at Mickie D's, drink too many sodas or any other things. I follow one herd.....................Mrs. joe. And Chris4x4.

See-For an item that is manufactured and delivered to the states via legal means that would work great. Increases taxes and the market will work itself out.

With pot that is illegally grown and transported already (despite the laws on the books) it would be nearly impossible to regulate it. It's cheaper to smuggle it. The demand also is a question- Lots of people wanted beer or whiskey during prohibition- cause they had it before and still wanted it. Everyone knew that it was in demand. There are small groups that talk about their weed habits with each other but widespread use is hard to prove/track. (This was a topic of heated discussion where I last worked..and while it's far from scientific- I think it makes some business sense.)

No, not all drugs need to be legal. Take Meth for instance.. it's just plain bad for you and dangerous to be made but some things that grow natural are not as harmful if used with responsibility. IMO

I would think all this smuggling would still be illegal, what would happen is farmers could now grow marijuana, the marijuana could be sold via a regulated method that i am not smart enough to come up with, and the hemp would be used for clothes etc...

pretty much, weed is just like alcohol, if one is legal, no reason the other shouldnt be.. alcohol may even be worse, as it impairs the body in a far worse way than marijuana

and all of you out there drinking a beer, or vodka, or any form of alcohol, who are against this concept, well the only classification you fall under is hypocrit

There are possibilities on both sides. Until the laws change-no one will really know.

On another note: If you are going to negative rep someone- At least man up and sign up please. And use big kid words- When two of the three words in your rep comment at swear words-It makes you look very very un-intelligent.

dmt is a drug that is actually produced in your brain. when you are dreaming that is your brain pumping out the dmt. it can also be extracted from plants, and i actually think could help other drug addicts like meth and coc users to quit. i just wonder why it is some drugs that can help people are illegal

Pot isn't a drug. Its an herb, you can cook with it :)

I for one am all for the legalization or atleast decriminalization (there is a huge difference) of Cannabis.

IF it were to be legalized, I think you should have to have some sort of ID to be able to buy it.

To get this ID, you have to smoke up and then be judged by a panel for them to see what you're like high.

Some people who smoke just become absolute fucking annoyances while others are fine after they smoke. The only people that should be allowed to smoke are the people that fall into the latter category, because the former piss everyone (well, me atleast ;)) off.

That's all I have to say on the subject.

The comment made it clear that it was intended to be neg rep. And I'm really a fan of signing ALL rep. If you've got something good or bad to say to someone on the Internets- At least claim it.

It's not like putting your board name on rep means the receiver knows where you live...
