Yes this is the best way to do it imo,

Whatever Primary or secondary you want except for sniping,

Perk 1:Extreme cond.
Perk 2: Hardline
Perk 3: Dont matter

Specialist package:

Perk 1: SOH or Assassin
Perk 2: SOH or Assassin
Perk 3: Blast shield or Scavenger

The concept is with hardline your first kill gets you a streak reward (new perk)
everytime, SO with you first kill you are either instantly reloading with SOH
or you are dropping off of UAV with assasin.

Besides from this being extremely good You Complete challenges for 3-6 things at a time, you are ranking up your hardline perk, your specialist challenges, and challenges for the perks you earn and get kills with.

 

Also once you get your 7 killstreak You will have every perk in the game which is damn good.

 

^^^ this. havent done it yet because i like blowing shit up with the reaper but i have heard of this method from guys i play with. also, try to use every gun equally. or say until the challenges start requiring more kills and headshots. ex. use the m4 till say 300 kills then use the scar till 300. i think after 300 its 500 but using each gun for the low challenges to get those low challenge exp points

all of my friends tell me its just mw 2.5 with shittier maps and new guns....well fuck them i love playing it

 

There is a MOAB that is built in to every game. It can only be achieved with 25 straight kills with a gun you dont have to set it.

 

G36C red dot sight. I need that gun for the zombie apocalypse

 

I HATE the G36. So much freaking recoil.
