    Evening folks. Took a tour of a paper mill today for with my OSHA class. Place was kind of a dump, don't know if could ever work in a place like that. Stinky and either too hot or too cold.

    I made some fried potatoes with parmesan and salmon with rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper and lemon. So yummy!

    I'm doing good Susan. The place we had a tour of converted recycled cardboard back into usable cardboard. The recycled stuff arrived right from the dump, with leftover food and whatever still in the bundle. Smelled horrible, and I imagine the whole place must have been rat infested.:eek:
