Depends on the dealer-They are not obligated to, but some do them for the good will. Asking us-You'll get a mixed group of answers. I'd go talk to your preferred local dealer.

Hey all, first post. Bought a certified used 08 double cab 4x4 a couple months ago, it came with a leer cap. It was hitting the bump stops pretty often with just the cap and a passenger or 180# of lab mutt in the back. Just got back from the dealer and even though it is out of the 3 yr 36k warranty, they are going to cover the leaf pack under the certified warranty.
Thanks to those who put this together, save me a pile of cash!

Hey most TSBs I read say they only apply to vehicles with under 3 years or 36000 miles, the"harsh ride" doesn't say that. Will the Dealer cover it or is that a question for the dealer?

I find it more helpful to show up and explain everything in person than discussing over the phone. Given that there is a Toyota nearby.

    For my 2011

I voiced my concern for the following issues
    - AC Ticking at low fan speed during long drives
    - Screeching noise at 80mph intermittently (Texas speed limit)

Both covered under warranty and were fixed by dealership

-Also had my Rear Suspension TSB done. Described how "harsh" the ride was with motorcycles in the back

That site is only good for NHTSA bulletins not manufacturer TSBs related to a specific model. Here is the site you want to go to if you want to know all related TSBs and download the pdfs. Pay $15 for a three day access. It's worth it. https://techinfo.toyota.com/techInf...Oc%3d&TARGET=$SM$https://techinfo.toyota.com/

I dont imagine that if i bought my 05 tacoma used that it would apply to get the rough rear ride TSB done...with 80k miles!?

My husband's 2009 47k JUST developed the clutch squeak. He looked at me and said, wide-eyed, what the HELL is that? I just started laughing. Dear god, it is such an annoying sound. My answer was to turn up the stereo since our Round Rock dealership won't touch anything after factory.....

    unless.....

What part makes it squeak? Is it something.... swap-able?

I got 3 months left on my factory, let's make that bad-boy amount to something, right?:spy:

Ok.... I have one for you. I had the TSB done about 5 months ago, but today i was standing next to my truck having a cup of coffee on the passenger side. I then noticed that my spring was only 3 leafs..... wait but i know i checked it when i got the truck back and it had 4. So i went around to the driver side and i was correct that it does have 4 but only on the driver side. Didnt think of checking both sides. Here are the numbers
