    Nice I havent done that in a while. Might be a good idea for tonight or Thursday. I am still recovering a bit from Sunday's dinner, got a little gun shy after that feast. :D

    Sweet potato and apple soup. The wife and I are making it because I don't feel all that good. I will feel much better after I have a nice warm bowl.

    hey ryan...it can be tuff man.. ive been baking alot of my stuff lately.. i used to stir fry alot of things and i always added something with alot of sodium.. whether it be just seasonings or sauce...

    as you probably noticed, ive been eating pretty much the same crap for a while to

    breakfast - cup of oatmeal and hardboiled egg.
    snack - apple and peanut butter
    lunch - chicken salad wrap and potato and orange
    snack - granola bars (nature valley)
    dinner - baked chicken over a bed of salad... or sometimes back chicken + steam veggies...

    I've used Ms. Dash garlic and herb seasoning alot... every so often, i'll bake my chicken in BBQ sauce for a change or korean BBQ sauce...

    Maybe you can also do some baked fish... season it with lemon and pepper..

    Maybe you can cook like cream of mushroom with chicken and some veggies... and eat with rice or toast..

    umm... im baking marinated beef right now and when its almost done imma throw in some mushrooms... thats my din din....

    iono just some ideas for ya mister :eek:
