Yokohama Geolander M/T are they any good??

    I was looking into getting these Yokohama Geolandar M/T they look good they look like baja style to me let me know your reviews on these tires... I want them in 305/70R16

    Suggestions on other tire options are accepted...thanks

    my brother had a set on his old ranger. Pretty good tire, VERY light. He hit somthing in a mud hole and cut one of them pretty good. It never leaked, sold the truck years later with them still on it.

    Dont' they also make the gas mileage go down? Or wear down faster? Just curious.

    Pretty good. I thought about running a set but I like tires with more sidewall protection... went with MTZ's

    I had them awhile back. They're noisy onroad and pretty rough riding; but have great offroad grip.

    They look good might just get these...

    can you notice the noise inside the cab..?? what do you have right now..?

    It's really noticeable, but not ridiculous- like inbetween ATs and swampers.

    Still had to raise my voice to talk inside though.


    I have BFG KM2's now, they're a lot quieter

    right now I have the Duratracs and they make almost no noise how much you think it will go up from a scale of 1-10

    I'd say if the duratracs are a 1 and swamper Iroks are 10, around a 5-6
