    Well...Thanksgiving is just around the corner so I'm sure there will be some great pics being posted!!!:D I'll be honest with you guys, I've never cooked a turkey and I think I am going to try and cook one this year. Isnt it pretty darn easy???:confused:

    :eek:i've never as well ...we do chicken and ham. but the times we did do turkey, my sister cooked it.. or we went to our cousins and they cooked it..

    This year we're doing chicken and ham :)

    Same here, I usually always went to a relatives house and they cooked it but this year I want to try it on my own and serve it to some guests. I dont think it can be that hard, I mean its gonna be in the oven 95% of the time cooking.:cool:

    Making a turkey is pretty easy, I like to separate the meat from the skin and coat it with herb butter. I love stuffing I usually stuff it too....

    The chicken and rice was really good btw alot of flavor in that sauce. The rice was super good too with all the flavor from the pan and chicken stock. The rice ended up getting 4 cups of chicken stock and almost 3 cups of water for 2 cups of rice. I dont know why it took so much liquid for the rice, the usual equation is 1 cup of rice to 2 cups of fluid. Not this time....
