That'll work. I expect most of the people at Yates are hunters and will probably clear out. I may be making a few laps of the Uwharrie area rounding everyone up tomorrow night. If any of you get lost, go to the Outpost. I'll swing by there a few times throughout the night and check, up til I go to sleep around midnightish.

    Advise against.

I wish I could but I have to work tomorrow and I will be in the Morgnaton area all day then me and my dad are going hunting Saturday morning for opening day of rifle season. I might try to get out there Saturday night for a bit or Sunday if some people will still be there.

Mmm.. so I have a Garmin Nuvi (car) unit, and I have maps to update those. I also have the 24K Mid-Atlantic TOPO maps if someone wants to copy them onto their microsd card.
The Nuvi's are not compatible with the TOPO maps so I can't say if the maps are good or not.

ETA: I'm working on getting detailed TOPOS for the national parks which will include UWharrie, but again those will only be useful on Garmin devices that are compatible with TOPO maps.

If I didn't have to go to Lancaster first I'd make a point to come through Cheraw. Sorry.

All of these places you speak of are in my sales territory. Guess I need to let you all know the next time I will be in northern SC so we could possibly have a mini meet.
