Nice work. I have a couple suggestions. First...the reinforcement bars at the back are good, but I think they are going to get in the way. You could get the same affect with some smaller plate gussets and not have them get in the way so much.

Here's how I would add a few gussets to your rack. It will really stiffen things up and help support the weight better when you get your spare tire etc mounted. Standing on it with your friends is one thing, but you'll be surprised how it will fatigue over time after you've been bouncing down dirt roads even with not that much weight on it.

Got my billy's in the front and eibach springs installed. Still needs to settle in the front. I have my old brush guard in the bed with some springs and shocks. Might be weighing down the back a bit. Also got the magnaflow exhaust put in. I like how the sound is not overbearing. Good deep sound. How much do you think the front will settle? 1/2 inch? Anyone know?

Your back end is sagging mostly from the bumper and the top. In all honestly i never saw any noticeable settling with my suspension. Now you just need a front bumper to even it out.:D

ETA: Do you have pics of the leaf pack as it sits now?

No pictures of the leaf pack! I left the 2 inch block in the back. Going to do the aal soon! Maybe after the holidays. Hopefully get a new front bumper also. I hope some of the sagging is because of the heavy ass brushguard in the back!

Looks good. I have been wanting to do this for a while. Are they brighter? What brand are the H4 conversions?

Seriously, removing the grill was a PITA! The ones I got were from ebay and were the only ones I could find that didn't have that extra city light bulb. I tossed the crappy bulbs that came with it. It looks like they take a regular bulb and paint it blue, total crap.

Trail gear! I'm thinking about getting the low profile front bumper with the welded on light bar. Looks good and cheap too!
