    i discovered this morning how incredible a good nights sleep is...

    i get up at 0400 every weekday morning...and i SHOULD go to bed anywhere between 8-10pm...but im usually up till about midnight...meaning i get 4 hours of sleep or so...plus an hour or 2 nap in the afternoon...

    last night i crashed because of a killer headache around 930 or so...and actually got 6.5 hours of sleep...woke up before the alarm went off and didnt need to snooze it 3 times before getting up...and im not fiending for a nap this morning
