2011 TRD Sport 2wd. Do the 2wd models have zerk fittings for greasing? If so where are they?
Thanks and I searched but only found info on 4WD.

4X4s with 4.0 and 2.7 have fittings. The prerunner 2wd with 2.7 has fittings but the prerunner with 4.0 has none. The fittings are on the end of one of the u-joint caps on each u-joint.Seems very odd that a prerunner 4 cyl. would have fittings but not a V6 but that is what the manual says.

My 2011 reg cab 4x4 only has fittings on the drive line. My '07 reg cab 4x2 pre-runner didn't have any.

Wow, that's weird... I would have thought the Prerunners would at least have the same grease points on the rear drive shaft as the 4x4. Seems kind silly not to have them.

VERY silly for Toyota not to include zerks on their 2WD models. Pretty screwed up crap, but when you replace them, replace the u-joints/spyder joints, make sure to replace them with one that has zerk fittings so they run dry on die on you again. When I opened mine, the pins were already a rusty dust with only about 2-5 pins hanging freely.

I agree.I bet there are a lot of 4 cyl. prerunners not getting the u-joints greased.
